hello all

I have a beater that sat ion the sun (near beach) for 4 years.. Paint is oxidized and clear coat peeling off

Looking for a cheap painter to re-spray the whole car. Not looking for show room quality.. just something acceptable

Any recommendations?

I've heard good things about the Maaco in Cary. Good quality for the price. A former member had his e30 sprayed there years ago and it looked pretty good.

I hear ya

But it's a beater. And I am experienced and equipped to deal with lemon peel effect. I just don't have time, equipment and energy to do the respray in my garage.
