I am wondering if there would be interest in a dyno day to raise money for the relief effort. Not right away cause we may not have enough gas this week . Next Saturday perhaps? I am thinking $100 for three pulls( more then I would charge regularly) but I will donate ALL the money to the Red Cross for the relief. I'm not set on the date so let me know if another day works. If there are enough people I'll do more then one day.

I think that's a noble idea... you may even want to keep SOME money to cover your own costs.

I am not your most charitable person but this is really bad. I will be glad to donate my end of this.

Lets try and do just euros for now. I may change my mind if we don't get enough going on.
Thanks

Thats cool, I was just trying to generate as much money as you could for such a great cause.

LMK if you need some people to fill the voids.

I'm interested, I was going to be donating some money to the relief fund anyways.

Do you have any experience dynoing e46 M3s? There are some special steps you have to take to get a proper dyno.

Not yet but I will be glad to learn what needs to be done. Any info sources you have would be great. I will check with vf engineering but so far they haven't been the most helpful.

Ok I'm setting the date for next Saturday the 10th. We can start at 9am and go all night if enough people are into it. I am also working on a poker run with the ncdubs.com guys that looks like it will be Sunday morning the 2nd of October for those of you that aren't interested in the dyno or in addition if you are. I'll post up the details when we have them.

Nice. I'll search through some threads on www.m3forum.com and see what I can dig up about the process. There is TONS of great info on that site!
