the pontiac is up for sale. it'd make a good 'beater' car for someone who wants a decently nice beater (ha!). 1997 Grand Am GT.

Specs- completely stock
- 2.4L quad 4
- 5 speed manual transmission
- BRAND NEW A/C compressor blows ICE COLD and hot air.
- BRAND NEW Tires on stock 3 spoke GT wheels (less than 900 miles on them)
- BRAND NEW serpentine belt
- Kenwood CD Player head unit (or i can put stock one back in, won't lower cost any)
- 108k on odo, 88k on engine.
- Everything runs flawlessy, shifts smoothly, engine is strong. Never been raced around, driven by a sane person.
- Oil changed every 3,000 miles.
- No rust.

pictures at http://photos.yahoo.com/gagtsale - email me for any picture requests or VIN number (has a clean carfax report).

jcascio@br-tek.com for more info.

$4600.

ps- it runs good Wink

i replaced it 2 weeks after i got the car cuz the engine was making some pretty scary noises. bought a rebuilt engine that had 88k miles on it. this was about a year ago so it's still pretty new. my mechanic told me the old engine had a cracked rod bearing which was causing the scary noises. it was gay, but had to be done. it was cheaper to get a rebuilt engine than to replace the rod bearing. plus, now its like the car has less miles Smile

it really does run good. just need to 'upgrade' to something else.
